Setting a Modular Home

After the Modular home (modules) is constructed at the factory they are transported to our customer’s home site by trackor/trailer. Once delivered, one module unit at a time is lifted by a heavy duty crane and placed precisely onto the permanent foundation. The experienced set crew will meticulously connect the modules together and complete the setting of this home. On Set day, we are at your home site to make sure this process goes smoothly. We will make sure your investment is well taken care of.
