WHAT ARE MODULAR HOMES?

What are Modular Homes?

Modular Homes are not mobile homes. A modular home is a home built to local building codes in a controlled, environmentally protected building using precise and efficient construction knowledge.

There are numerous inspections done throughout their construction which meet or exceed federal, state and local building codes at all phases of production. A modular home is built to the same codes as a stick built home.

Modular homes are built much stronger than a stick built home as they must be transported to your home site. They are built to last and are committed to lower utility costs because of their durability. These homes are 85 percent complete before they are transported to the site. They are built to withstand a transport at 60 mph (gale force winds) and crane-lift onto foundation (earthquake conditions).

Our modular homes exceed to satisfy our customers. We give our customers many choices to customize their homes on the exterior as well as floor plan modifications on the interior. The exterior of the modular homes now offer architecturally more design freedoms using quality materials. On the interior, we offer exclusive amenity selections using finishing touches with many styles to choose from.

Another factor to consider is the outstanding long-term value the modular home endures as they have minimal upkeep and longer life cycles.
