We obtain our customers building permit by preparing the necessary paperwork according to the area regulations for the Building Department, Health Department and Department of Environmental Agencies.

We spend time discussing and designing home layout designs that fit within your budget and land topography. Custom designs are our specialty. We can use your architect plans or our in house designs. We use many different methods to create a floor plan and elevation to meet your satisfaction. The home is constructed in sections in a climate-controlled factory by skilled craftsmen using accurate machinery. These homes are built GREEN and have a factory warranty.
